  • Purple Rose Theatre Company

    Founded by actor, Jeff Daniels, the Purple Rose is a professional theatre company that produces 4 plays a year, right in downtown Chelsea. Free backstage tours of the theatre provide learning opportunities for students of all ages.  Your group of 15 to 50 will enjoy a “full access backstage tour” of the theatre. Tours are available by appointment only and may be scheduled on Tuesday or Thursday mornings during production weeks.
  • Chelsea Milling Company (Jiffy Mixes)

    To schedule tour at “JIFFY”, call (734) 475-1361 and ask for Tour Scheduling. Tours can be scheduled between 9:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Tours last approximately 1 1/2 hours, and are open to ages 6 and up. Reservations are required.
  • Chelsea Teddy Bear Co.

    Factory tours at the Chelsea Teddy Bear Co. are open to groups of all ages. Visitors learn about teddy bears, see the design area, warehouse facility, dressing and assembly stations, and more. Tours may be scheduled in advance from Monday through Saturday, and are open to the public on Saturdays at 11:00, 1:00 and 3:00.
