To schedule tour at "JIFFY", call (734) 475-1361 and ask for Tour Scheduling. Tours can be scheduled between 9:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. They last approximately 1 1/2 hours, and are appropriate for ages 6 and up. Reservations are required.

Factory tours at the Chelsea Teddy Bear Co. are fun for groups of all ages. Visitors will learn about teddy bears, see the design area, warehouse facility, dressing and assembly stations, and much more. Tours may be scheduled in advance from Monday through Saturday, and are open to the public on Saturdays at 11:00, 1:00 and 3:00.
